If you want to order several types of products (eg: hang tags, woven labels, laundry care labels, or various textile labels, etc.) you can register separate orders for each model, you will pay a single delivery fee, and the shipping cost will be recalculated for the total quantity of ordered products.You will receive an email with a proforma invoice in which the transport cost will be calculated at the total volume/weight of the package.

Payment methods
In approximately 24-48 hours (working days) from the registration of the order, you will receive an email containing the graphic design in the final form but also the proforma invoice with the total amount related to the order and a secure link, through which you can pay easily and quickly with any type of credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, American Express, Discover), in any currency (currency conversion is done automatically). We accept payment by bank transfer, MobilPay, Stripe and Paypal. After receipt of payment your order will be processed.

Delivery methods
After production, the products will be packaged and shipped to you by UPS courier company. If you can't find the destination country in the form above ("PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY COSTS CALCULATOR") and will appear the message "INFO", in this case you will receive by email the price and the delivery method after sending the order.

How long does delivery to the Canada take?

The transit time to the Canada is typically around 2 business days. Once your order is produced and shipped, it is delivered quickly through our express shipping partners.

Are you based in the Canada?

No. We are based in Bucharest, Romania, Europe. However, we ship our products to the Canada almost every day and have extensive experience serving American clothing brands, manufacturers, and startups.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the product type and quantity ordered.

  • Printed labels: approximately 3 business days
  • Woven labels: approximately 15 business days
  • Hang seals / string seals: approximately 15 business days
When and how do I pay for my order?

After placing your order online, you will receive within approximately 24 business hours: photos of your label sample(s) for approval, a proforma invoice, and a secure payment link.

You can pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Production begins after the sample is approved and payment is received.

Can you send physical samples?

For every order, we produce sample labels and manually photograph them before production begins. The photos are sent by email for your approval.

We do not send physical samples. Most products have low minimum order quantities and affordable prices, making it more practical to place a small trial order.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum quantities are displayed on each product page. As a general guideline:

  • Leather labels: 50 pcs
  • Printed labels: 100 pcs
  • Woven labels: 500 pcs
  • Hang seals / string seals: 1,000 pcs
Can I create labels using my own logo?

Yes. Every product page includes an online design tool that allows you to upload your logo or complete artwork and see it directly on the label.

Please upload your artwork as a PNG file with a transparent background and use a desktop or laptop computer, as logo uploads are not supported on the mobile version.

Can I order multiple label types and pay for only one shipment?

Yes. You can place as many orders as you need. Although there is initially a shipping charge for each order, we manually combine the orders into a single shipment and recalculate the shipping cost based on a single shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Each product page includes an automatic shipping calculator that displays the shipping cost based on the destination country and quantity ordered.

Can you make a different label shape or format?

We offer a wide variety of shapes and formats for each type of label. However, we only manufacture the models and product categories displayed on our website.

If you cannot find the exact shape you need, we recommend selecting the closest available option and customizing it with your logo, artwork, colors, and specifications.
